Annual Property Developers Conference 2018

I have been a regular attendee and visitor to the annual events organized by REHDA (Real Estate and Housing Developers Association, Malaysia).

The event this year 2018 is kind of special to me for the following reasons:
(1) Real Estate market environment Post GE14 (General Election 14)
(2) I will be exhibiting / promoting (with support from iAuthors Club) my recently published books which are very related to the theme of the Conference
a. THIRD CHOICE: Buy, Rent … or SHARE
b. AFFORDABLE HOME: GAME-CHANGER
(3) Co-Living Space & Community … This IS the main and substantial content of THIRD CHOICE
(4) Topic on ProTech or Property Technology using IT (equivalent of FinTech, in the Finance ) which was also touched on in my book.
(5) Student Accommodation, which was mentioned in my book.

The convergence and coming together of these issues and events may signify that this could be the right time and right place to introducing the Sharing Economy and the Commons. What an epiphany?!
