The first cake I made alone
1- self-rising wheat flour 1kl
2- sugar 1kl
3- 500gm butter
4- 150gm milk
5- 7 egg
1- harina de trigo leudante 1kl
2- azúcar 1kl
3- mantequilla 500gm
4- leche 150gm
5- 7 huevo
First I put the butter and sugar, I beat it until it compacted well.
Primero coloqué la mantequilla y la azúcar, la batí hasta que compactara bien.
Then I was placing each egg one by one
Luego le fui colocando cada huevo uno por uno
I kept adding the flour until I saw that it was not so thick, I added two glasses of water, since it was a bit thick.
Seguí agregando la harina hasta ver que no quede tan espesa, le incorpore dos vasos de agua, ya que se me paso un poco de espesor.
The tray put a little butter and then wheat flour so that the cake does not stick.
La bandeja le coloque un poco de mantequilla y luego harina de trigo para que la torta no se pegue.
I followed the advice of my sister Maria, who for many years was the one who made all the cakes, because she went to Argentina, it was my turn, from all that sadness that my sister left from Venezuela, I was left learning to make cakes from my children.
