How does the HP delegation works?
Dear @leofinance i had delegated my HP to @leo.voter its been 3 days since i have delegated my HP to @leo.voter can someone kindly tell me how this leo.voter works and how often we get the reward from LeoFinance for delegating our HP.

Should be daily and it will show up in leodex.io as LEO tokens

do you by chance know, how will delegating out our leo power and hive power affect rewards we receive from the leo ad mechanic when it's added?

With hive you still earn the interest on the hive you delegate out. As for LEO it's unknown at the moment it might act in a different way being it's a layer 2 token.
