Hola!, espero la estés pasando bien y hayas comido algo sabroso. Hoy vengo con una iniciativa creada por @anthony2019, y que llega a mis manos por causa de mi preciosa novia @andrearojas55 💕; yo considero que @anthony2019 creó esta iniciativa en honor a ese tiempo de austeridad que pasamos en nuestras casas y a todas las nuevas rutinas que nos hemos creado en base a esta normalidad que llamamos cuarentena. A continuación les mostraré las cuatro cosas que siempre hago en la casa toooodos los días.

Hi, I hope you're having a good time and have eaten something tasty. Today I come with an initiative created by @anthony2019, and that comes to my less because of my beautiful girlfriend @andrearojas55 💕; I consider that @anthony2019 created this initiative in honor to that austerity time we spend in our homes and all the new routines we have created for ourselves based on this normality we call quarantine.. Below I'll show you the four things I always do around the house eeeevery day.

## **Tocar Cuatro o Guitarra** Esta costumbre la tengo desde los 14 años, cuando empecé a tocar guitarra. Después de agarrarle el gusto a los instrumentos de cuerda pulsada, decidí ponerme más cultural y tocar **cuatro**, un instrumento más sencillo pero muy cómodo. Mi vena cultural se presentó con la música, aunque no se me da excelente disfruto y me relajo mucho practicándola.
>## **Play Cuatro or Guitar**
>I have had this habit since I was 14 years old, when I started playing guitar. After getting a taste for plucked string instruments, I decided to get more cultural and play **cuatro**, a simpler but very comfortable instrument. My cultural vein appeared with music, although I am not very good at it, I enjoy and relax a lot practicing it.

## **Hacer Ejercicio** Desde que tengo uso de razón me ha gustado el deporte y la actividad física, por lo que esto ya es parte fundamental de mi vida y espero nunca dejarlo. El ejercicio es una forma interesante de quedarse dormido rápida y profundamente, cosa que a mi me encanta. Como nota personal tengo que decir que al sudar liberas las toxinas acumuladas en el cuerpo, por lo que te depuras y evitas en mal olor en las axilas.

## **Leer un Libro** Esta actividad la inicié hace poco, no más de 5 años. Al inicio fue fastidiosa y siempre me preguntaba por qué razón leía tanto si no disfrutaba mucho del acto, la respuesta a esa pregunta vino tiempo después, cuando me di cuenta de los beneficios prácticos de la compresión lectora y el mejoramiento de la retentiva (habilidades fundamentales tanto dentro como fuera del área académica).

Actualmente no puedo evitar leer, mi género preferido es la ciencia ficción, seguido de las distopías y finalizado por la fantasía (a menos que esté muy bien planteada, así la ubico de primera).

At the beginning it was annoying and I always wondered why I read so much if I didn't enjoy the act, the answer to that question came later, when I realized the practical benefits of reading comprehension and improving retentiveness (fundamental skills both inside and outside the academic area).
Nowadays I can't help reading, my favorite genre is science fiction, followed by dystopias and ending with fantasy (unless it's very well thought out, so I place it first).

## **Hacer un Post** Puede que resulte raro, pero esta es una de las actividades en común que tiene toda la familia (aparte de lavar los platos, claro está), y se debe a que por la pandemia, por la situación económica y porque mi mamá esta operada y no puede salir de casa, los metí a todos en **Hive**, y como soy el que tiene más tiempo en el área les estoy enseñando lo necesario para hacerlo por si solos (si, hasta mi hermanita publica, solo que con mi cuenta). Por esta razón, todos los santos días estoy metido ayudando a alguien a hacer un post o haciéndolos yo mismo.

> It may seem strange, but this is one of the common activities that the whole family has (apart from washing the dishes, of course), and it is because of the pandemic, the economic situation and because my mom is operated and can not leave the house, I got them all into **Hive**, and as I am the one who has more time in the area I am teaching them what they need to do it by themselves (yes, even my little sister publishes, only with my account). For this reason, every day I'm either helping someone make a post or making them myself.
