In a bit of a funk

I always try to avoid TVs and mindless scrolling.. those things can be highly addictive. These days I'm actually trying everything possible to avoid videos, too much music and other forms of entertainment. I think my mind works better when I embrace boredom.

Would be great if you spice one if these videos up by sharing a message to your 10yrs older self. Maybe you could come back by 2036 to replay the message and make another video about it in 2036.

I oscillate back and forth between mostly cutting it out entirely and over-indulging in it, although I do very much agree with you. My mind also seems to be less constrained when I embrace boredom.

I like that idea of talking to my future self. I'll have to sit with how I want to craft that message. Thanks for sharing!
