GENEVA CONVENTION SUBMISSION:

With respect to the ‘The Geneva Conventions of 1949 and Additional Protocols and their Commentaries,’ we make the following submission to the ‘International Committee of the Red Cross':

“TEAM AUSTRALIA of STEEMIT' issues formal notice of imminent Warfare, in accordance with the FOUR treaties and THREE additional protocols of the 'Geneva Convention'. On 1 July 2017, we WILL launch a simultaneous attacks across FOUR fronts being:

The Philippines.
The United States of America.
Great Britain.
New Zealand.
The official roll for the STEEM WARS are provided in the following annexures.

Please ensure that representatives of the International Red Cross are present to provide aid and protection to the sick and wounded of armed forces on the field, wounded, sick, and shipwrecked members of armed forces at sea, prisoners of war, and civilians.”
