Beef boti 1/2 kg(plz dont use qeema)
Chana dal 1 to 1.5cup
Button red chillies 15 to 20
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp heaped
Onion sliced 1 medium
Crushed coriander seeds 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Boil all the ingriedients mentioned above in 3 to 4glass warer and then pees len.
Other ingriedients:
1 egg
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Chopped hara dhania a hand full
1 Finely Chopped onion
Chopped mint leaves 2tbsp
2 green chillies chopped
Mix all these ingriedients in the kabab mixture nd make kabab shapes nd fry.😊
