Que tipo de error? si tienes el traductor google activado quitalo eso a veces no te permite cargar las imágenes.
¿Pudiste solucionar? A veces steemit se traba un poco con las imágenes, es cuestión de intentar varias veces o ver si es otro el problema que no te deja subir la foto.
Sigo con el mismo problema después de muchos días.
