Gym is very necessary now a days bcoz now a days we have cars and other vehicle we are not getting our health bcoz we are not walking and doing physical work so this is very very important for our life to be more healthier

Alone in a gym. Not an easy thing to do. Was this late at night. Usually the gyms are packed during the day.
