Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
Your design reads like “be” not “eb”. Also that tail on “e” makes me think if there is another symbol or letter.
There is no consistency in your design, you used hard edges on “e” but soft edge on “b”.
It looks like a corporate logo rather than a browser application, nothing related to applications purpose.
