How about you guys?

I'm very excited about today's practice, it was one of the best I ever did.
I swore I would fail in today's workout, but I was surprised by my progress, how I am evolving.

My feeling is as if the workout is really preparing me for each level.

Well, let's go.

First of all I want to say that I am now in Intermediate level. The joke will start to get serious.

Training Highlights

Muscle Ups Negatives

I did all the reps and sets. With less rest time. Now I can say that I can do this exercise as it should be done. I felt like a ninja when I finished it. lol

Tiger Bend Push Ups

Easy exercise but moderate difficulty. It is great for the triceps, in the last series it gets more difficult. When I finished I thought my arm would explode by the pump.

Suttle Push Ups

For those who are easy on push ups, this variation is perfect. It is much more difficult than regular. Calisthenics is this, it is not increasing the number of repetitions, but rather the difficulty of the exercise.

Around the Clock Chin Ups

I knew the "around the world pull ups" but I never saw a marination like chin ups. It's a pretty easy exercise up, but 8 reps is almost at my limit. Talevz would do one or two more reps.

Chin Ups

For the first time Chin Ups in the workout routine. Because it was easier than Pull up, I thought it would work out better. But I had a hard time completing all the sets at most.

Atomic situps

Burns and lots. From the beginning all the workouts so quite emphasize to the abdominal workout. I think it's the basis of everyone else, do not skip this grid! (Do not skip any ...)

My Opinion on Today's Workout

Great workout day. I can not express the happiness of my evolution. I really did not think I would get it at first, but I was surprised. From now on, I will believe in myself and continue on this journey.
