👨🍳 Chicken Rolls And Vegetables

I'm @FarhadChef , Today I made chicken rolls and vegetables, and I'll be giving you this cooking recipe here.👨🍳

What to cook with:

| Chicken breast | 2 pcs |
| Colorful chili pepper | 3 pcs |
| Celery | 1-2 stems |
| carrot | 1-2 pcs |
| Saffron | 1/2 mod |
| Lemon juice | 2 tablespoons |

How to cook:
1- First, take the chicken breast into pieces (chopped) and mix it with marigold, saffron and spice it.

سلام دوستان استیمی من❤️
سرآشپز فرهاد هستم امروز غذای رول مرغ و سبزيجات درست کردم دستور پختش رو اینجا براتون به اشتراک میزارم👨🍳
با چی بپزیم:
سينه مرغ. ٢ عدد
فلفل دلمه رنگي ٣ عدد
كرفس. ١-٢ ساقه
هويج. ١-٢ عدد
زعفران ١/٢ پيمانه
آبليمو. ٢ قاشق غذا خوري
نمك، فلفل، پودر سير به ميزان لازم
گردو. ١٠٠ گرمچطور بپزیم:
١- ابتدا سينه مرغ را قبضه كرده و با آبليمو ، زعفران مخلوط كرده و ادويه آن را تنظيم ميكنيم.
٢-هويج، كرفس و فلفل دلمه اي ها را به صورت خلالي برش ميزنيم طوري كه ارتفاع آنها از عرض مرغ بيشتر باشد.
٣-هويج،كرفس و فلفل دلمه ها را ميان مرغ گذاشته و مرغ را رول كرده و با خلال دندان ميبنديم.
٤- تابه اي را روي حرارت گذاشته با كمي رول ها را سرخ ميكنيم.
٥- رول هاي مرغ را در ظرفي مناسب چيده و با گردو كاراملي گارنيش و سرو ميكنيم.
