If things were a different way
But they are not. So many questions; so few answers. I'm considered the odd one out by asking and not assuming.
Why is it crazy to question what we have been told? Why is it strange to believe someone would deceive and manipulate for power and control?

If you're so ignorant about how heat works that you can think that's true, shouldn't you also be humble enough to admit that people who know more about thermodynamics might be able to solve problems you can't? Well, obviously you won't be, but you should.
Okay, gyroscopes I get, you just have to believe your tools are much more accurate than you are, same way you get "it looks flat" with human eyes, but where do astrolabes come in? That's a tool for measuring latitude! As in your location on the globe!

You didn't even bother to read the Wikipedia article about a thing, before deciding you knew for sure it wasn't real. When you find the reasons why you choose to be that ignorant, you'll find the real reasons you believe in a flat Earth.

Here's how: Air pressure decreases with altitude, so unless you prove there's a reason for it to stop doing that, then it doesn't stop, and eventually it gets thin enough you can start calling it "vacuum". Easy.

Until I heard the moonlight thing, I thought "density explains why things fall" was the dumbest thing flat-Earthers thought, and it's still way up there because it makes literally no sense.
i've been studing the moon for a program.. trying to figure the rise and set times for a little program i am writing. turns out it is impossible to figure the moons position without tables of numbers to work against and those only work for certain peroids of time.
did you know it stays out for almost 15 hours every 28 days?
it also varies its uptime by 40 minutes in just one day.. and it does it all the time.
i've not seen anyone else talk about this, but seems really strange to me.
