Skateboard 🛹 y estáticos💪🏻

Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive 👋🏼, soy @Felixswcab y Mi entrenamiento de hoy Mi entrenamiento se basó hoy en algo muy diferente a lo habitual, como siempre suele ser. Hoy usé mi skate y logré patinar varias calles hasta llegar a una plaza, en la cual patiné un rato y logré hacer unos pequeños estáticos, cuales fueron: front lever y straddle planche en agarre supino. Luego tomé un descanso y, como vi que no pasaban autos ni motos, estaba todo tranquilo. Patiné y pasé una tarde diferente.
Fue una experiencia refrescante cambiar la rutina y disfrutar del aire libre mientras practicaba habilidades sobre la tabla. El ambiente relajado me permitió concentrarme mejor en los movimientos y conectar con el espacio urbano de una manera nueva.SWC
.Greetings to the entire Hive community 👋🏼, I'm @Felixswcab and my workout today was based on something very different than usual, as it always is. Today I used my skateboard and managed to skate several streets until I reached a square, where I skated for a while and managed to do a few small static moves, which were: front lever and straddle planche with an underhand grip. Then I took a break, and since no cars or motorcycles were passing by, everything was quiet. I skated and spent a different afternoon.
It was a refreshing experience to change my routine and enjoy the outdoors while practicing skills on the board. The relaxed atmosphere allowed me to better focus on my movements and connect with the urban space in a new way.SWC
