For the maize you roasted did you roast it with the back . Here we usually remove it pand place it on the direct heat. Lovely garden you got filled with different flowers. Am sure that garden will be filled with different scent.
This is sweetcorn. It's different than your corn.
It will be different in terms of spices but is just like our maize here. Ours is not bitter (smiles)
Please look it up 😁 Sweetcorn is a mutation. It's juicy.
I know the regular corn/maize, too.
Why so i work when i should just grab a piece of land and grab sweetcorn.
Eventually I make you write alittle (smile). Keep up the good work in your garden.
It's a wonderful time in the garden. And my corn is not ripe yet, I'll have to wait another 2 weeks.

It is amazing visiting our garden this period... I honestly missed maize this season.. These are not looking bad at all...
