They are all about selling the food exactly the way it would taste back home. Great if you yearn for authenticity, not so great if you're just looking for the typical Chinese in China town.
I applaud Meng fei for following through with his dreams, not selling out to the wild fervour of modern business acumen. Visit Mr. Meng on Charing Cross road and enjoy a real taste of Sichuan Noodles for yourself.
