CAKE BAKED FOR A CLIENT

Hello Hive, good evening to us all, how has been our day. It is nice to be here again,

She is one of my neighbor so she asked me if I can her bake cake for her mother in love she is staying with that she wants it as a surprise and I said no problem, then work began.

Ingredients used

4 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
500g of butter
Nutmeg
Baking powder
12 big eggs
Flavor
Preservatives
Cocoa powder
Brownie

So I first cream the butter and sugar until it is fluffy.

So I sieve my flour, nutmeg, baking powder and my preservatives together.

So I break and whisk my eggs, then add flavor to it.

So after that I mix everything together,

Then I divide it into 2, for the vanilla and chocolate. For the chocolate I add my cocoa powder and brownie to it.

I preheat my oven before putting my batter inside it, and allow to bake.

For the decoration
1kg of icing sugar
1tbsp of gelatin
1tbsp of tylose
2tbsp of glucose
I was unable to take pictures because It is getting late.

This is the outcome of the cake and I am happy everyone loves it.
