Civilians are pulling their children out of the rubble while international aid convoys enter EasternGhouta.
In Syria, people get killed under the whole world's watch, with no real effort from the international community to stop the massacres of Assad and his allies.
UN Human Rights Council votes 29 to 4 to stop slaughter & starvation of civilians in Eastern Ghouta.
China, Cuba, Venezuela, Burundi turned their back & voted no.
(Russia had been voted off the Council because of its conduct in Syria.)
Plus many abstainers in face of slaughter.
