佛跳墙
坛起荤香飘四邻，佛闻弃禅跳墙来！这首诗说得就是佛跳墙。佛跳墙又称为满坛香，也称福寿全，是福州的首席名菜，据说唐朝有位高僧，在前往福建少林寺的途中，经过福州，夜宿客栈，刚好隔壁有家人以满坛香宴请宾客，高僧闻到香味儿，垂涎三尺。马上扔掉多年的佛门修行，跳墙而入，大啖满坛香，佛跳墙因此而得名。
