This is me learning how to set color by gradient on MANIM and exploring the possibilities by linearly changing the opacity and the color at the same time. The audio was generated by my brother on Ableton and I found the final result very interesting. Hope you like it!

First I downloaded this free svg file.

Then I imported it into the free cross-platform image editor GIMP.

I selected all the vectors one by one and exported a new svg tree_paths.svg, with just the paths. This manual process is required due to MANIM library not being capable of handling most of SVGs yet. But it seems to be able to process SVGs generated on GIMP.

Then I proceed to create the code of the animation using python on its free animation engine library called MANIM. Here it is the code I used:

Then I asked my brother if he could create a song for this animation, and he used Ableton to create it. I don't know what are the steps on Ableton, sorry for that. He sent me the audio.

Then I used the free software Kdenlive to synchronize the audio with the video. Posted it on YouTube, and here you have it.
