Moral Decadence is when you default(morally), and you are confronted with the evidence of your wrong but rather than feeling guilty and seeking repentance or restitution, you confidently deny it or disdainfully show indifference.

At this point,your conscience is no longer active/alive. And only God can cure such disorder.
