Loved these thoughts, especially what you said about balance, often times folks just swap out one imbalance for another instead of striving to find harmony.
Also the thought that your life will be "better" is a mistake as well, of course you'll be less reactive to life's dips and curveballs, and thus be happier over all- but this "my life will be great if I... is a huge problem"
