considering we live in Pennsylvania wouldn't you think the counties and such would be more prepared for snow rather then scrambling last minute to plow and or salt?

you basically need to be a stay at home parent or a work from home parent if you want to be able to pay bills and have your child in school. Medical jobs start early, your kids go to school late accommodations are already made in place for that. Lets add a 2 hour delay and only make that worse. Cant leave your elementary school student at home along because CYS will scoop them. Cant call off work for the snow for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. It is a never-ending circle that will rather get worse then better

schools are to worried about being sued.
