My Hive tracking without Hive targets

This week earnings have dropped significantly, and I've only managed to earn 8.5 HP in author rewards. Hive is getting lower and lower; under other circumstances, I'd say it's a great opportunity. You know you have to buy assets when they're cheap, not when they're expensive. But honestly, I've lost faith in Hive, so I think I'll use my small earnings to buy myself something nice this Christmas.

It's a shame because I think the infrastructure is fantastic, and the idea is even better, but it's clear that the people with the most influence aren't interested in creating an open ecosystem. New projects aren't being created anymore, I suppose out of fear of getting trapped, and the older ones are starting to shut down. Anyway, it's not a big problem for me, not even a small one, since writing here is just for fun. When it stops being fun, I'll simply go write somewhere else.
