On friday after work I made some nice protein strawberry shake for my delicious dinner. It was really delicious and I enjoyed a big amount of it. I also tried to keep it as low calories as possible. At the moment I try to cut back on calories a bit and still don't want to starve. And therefore I still need to find some nice recipes that allow me to travel this journey.
