Forearm stand

A forearm stand is an inversion that uses the hands, forearms, and elbows as a base to create stability for the rest of the body. I just start practicing these two weeks ago so I'm really happy with my progression. I'll go over some adjustments that I still need to make below,
take a look.

The adjustments that need to be made is that my elbows need to be brought under my shoulders, maintaining parallel forearms. Lifting up through the back body and pressing the inner thigh together, also power up and open the chest by bringing the chest forward and shoulders back.
