Six week health challenge week 2

This is a photo of me and my friends taking a walk for health. We all decided to wear white shirts for this walk.

We did this walk at the forces avenue express way down to retuna residential area all within the Port Harcourt metropolis, port Harcourt , rivers state of Nigeria.

Port Harcourt is the oil rich region of Nigeria. We all felt excited about the walk and we embarked.

We convinced most of the occupants of t his districts both young and old and it was agreat sucess. After today I feel we definitely need to embark in more walks.
