This is actually a pretty good report. I'm always happy to see Sénégal on the list of countries with fastest growing GDP.
One thing which was not mentioned is how these poor sub-saharan countries can leverage crypto-currencies and Blockchains for an even faster growth. I'll have to do a detail write up on it.
