Biscuits!!!
A trip to the Denver Biscuit Company is never a disappointment when you go to Colorado. As you proceed to walk into this awesome cabin-like restaurant bar combo, you immediately get smacked with the wonderful, lusting aroma of fresh biscuits made in house daily. This was my first time to the establishment myself but after consuming this beautiful monster of a biscuit sandwich, I can honestly say DBC is a must-go-to restaurant after a weekend of snowboarding in the mountains.
This sandwich here is called "The Elmer"
- 10- hour-smoked pulled pork, BBQ sauce, fried onions, coleslaw & housemade pickles.
- As a personal touch, I asked for an over easy eggs to be placed on top for the extra gushy gooey goodness

You say biscuits and I come running! I just smooshed my face against my monitor. I didn't know I NEEDED that sandwich in my life until just now. That looks perfect. I love your addition of the egg, that recipe was just asking for it! I avoid plain ole white flour as much as I can, but not even an impending upset stomach would keep me away from that beauty.
Homemade pickles sound delicious but I would want to find a way to get some heat in that thing. Homepickled jalapenos? A kimchi-slaw instead?
