Echo and rig restaurant.

Went to echo and rig restaurant. It is located in summerlin district here in Las Vegas. We got the avocado toast and portobello fries with herb aioli sauce for appetizers. Both were very tasty and good.

We got the lasagna and grilled cheese short rib sandwich. The lasagna was very good and definitely one of the best here in Vegas. The short rib grilled cheese was ok but needed more flavor.
