I wanted to make a post about this on my own account because it is so inspiring and lucrative too. I am a member of the @earthnation steemit guild and have to say that this is an amazing group of people to work/play with. Prompt please - I sent SBD to @earthnation-bot directly into the wallet with a link to the post. And me along with the support came the message: "As a Guild member, instead of calling the bot manually please use boost for better value."
How to do it right?
When using the bot you only send 0.02, but the bot isn't really for guild members the way I understand it. As a guildy you comment on post with @earthnation and #boost, #superboost, #ultraboost, #megaboost. Also send @earthnation SBD with the post url in the Memo.
#boosts cost 50 GCs (for a 1$ upvote) and user must send 0.001-3 SBD with message
#superboosts cost 250 GCs and user must also send 3-9 SBD with message
#ultaboosts cost 500 GCs and user must also send 5-15 SBD with message
#megaboosts cost 550 GCs and user must also send 9-44 SBD with message.
SBD sent is used to purchase upvote bots. Members cannot use outside bots on posts boosted through the guild.

I do not understand only about the cost of the boost in GCs - where do I have to pay them in this currency? or is it enough to list the SBD and a link to the post?
GCs get taken off automatically and recharge on sundays. So any GC you don't use by the reset gets waisted.
