___Prickly thorns and bitter roots There are too many roses here. Once a sight to behold In times of old Turned to modern day pests. Hyenas in drag! Butch or belittled I'm sick to my stomache. And the smile took it! Looking at yourself after you speak and think, What a beautiful rose am I With all my beautiful friends! Like a tangle of brambles that never ends.___ ___
