Hospitality
Hospitality is an important aspect in hotel management, people look for cleanliness as important criteria to judge a place. We expect cleanliness, polite nature of staff, availability of facilities etc which consolidates to 'hospitality' of the particular place. If we are treated well then there are higher chances of going there again, be it a resort or restaurant.
Neatly arranged tea cups, tea bag and other essentials provided by the resort!
Liked the water bottles which give vintage look and also goes well with the ambiance of the room. Can you spot the AC(air conditioner)?

hospitality is won or lost in the tiny details. Cleanliness and a polite staff are the baseline, but things like neatly arranged tea trays and vintage styled water bottles are what actually elevate the entire ambiance and create a memorable experience.
