Spritz Time

In this recipe the doses refer to a single Spritz, therefore to prepare more than one it will be enough to make the proportions with the indicated ingredients.
To prepare the spritz, start by cutting the orange into wedges 1, place the ice in the glass, fill 1/3 of a glass with Aperol 2 and 1/3 with white wine. Finally sprinkle the soda in glass 3 and garnish each spritz with an orange slice. Serve your spritz immediately!

COUNCIL

Another version of the spritz foresees the use of prosecco instead of dry white wine. Try it that way too!
