Eating away at me

Imperfections on every inch i see,
Don't want to look at food, let alone eat,
Not exactly cosy in anorexias embrace,
All she wants me to do is emeciate,
So i do as she asks, down to the word,
But I'm so hungry its absurd,
So i wrote all these rules, anorexia screaming more,
I've never felt more insecure,
I step on the scales and feel the shame,
Lost 10 pounds but i look the same,
i'm not vain, yet i look in the mirror for hours a day,
Wishing for someone to give me praise,
She stares at me eat, saying no more!
I run and find solace, greet the bathroom floor
