We already knew that gratitude as an essential part of spiritual wellness, but we also need to mention the key role it plays in staying emotionally healthy. It is with Thanksgiving, the many ways God has blessed will not only please God; it will lift our spirits.
Count your blessings, name them only one by one.
Count your blessings, see what God has done!
And it will surprise you what the Lord has done.
