As utopian and steemit is about decentralization, it would be nice if these platforms also support decentralized identity management system.
Currently, my favourite system is blockstack.org. It allows to attach identities/names on the bitcoin blockchain. A decentralized storage system (gaia) contains the profile details. In my case e.g. https://explorer.blockstack.org/name/friedger.id
While on steemit.com the profile image is correctly shown it is not shown on utopian.io even though I am correctly logged in via steemit. Only the grey default avatar is shown.
