Why is medicine not improving?

astonishing reality. Even in the simplest disease, sometimes a person is in a situation to die. There are diseases that have existed for centuries, but medical science cannot directly touch people's lives like this. There is no such vaccine, we were dying before tuberculosis. For example, why does the cancer patient die, why can't the cure for the fmf disease be found, diabetes, blood pressure? Why haven't scientists been able to find a definitive solution to diseases such as medicine for which medicine can't find a cure for all these years? While engineering, space studies, informatics, industrial science continue by putting everything that comes to mind on our mind, medicine lags far behind.
