Well, this is me ...

Hello everyone, my name is Matheus, I'm from Brazil. But you can call me Matt, because it's way easier to pronounce in pretty much every other country.

As I read some other posts and a quick read on the guides, I thought it'd be a bit different post by talking not only about the good things people experience. We're all humans, we have flaws.

Well, I have anxiety, depression and social phobia, it's always hard to socialize with people, and I had a lot of troubles in trusting people on my past, and that's pretty much why it got worsening throughout the years. I have 3 friends, they were the only ones that could bare all the problems that I have and even tho decided to stay with me.

I love metal music, they express a lot of things that I wish I could tell people but I just can't, at the same time I have been betrayed by people on my past, I wouldn't like to hurt people because I know how it feels to get heartbroken about a lot of things, and I don't want people to pass through what I've been passing. I wish people could realize that words sometimes can wound a person's emotional state and create really messy thoughts.

It's hard to concentrate on things while having anxiety, it seems that you're never enough and that everything is always going wrong. I personally don't have a good self steem (get the pun here).

My goals here are trying to make people think about life and themselves, kinda making a diary of thoughts that sometimes get stuck on my mind, and as I don't have that much of people to share and learn, I decided to put it in here. I hope I also can make some people laugh. I think I still didn't lose the ability to be funny sometimes.

Well, that's my first post, not the greatest thing ever, but just a tip on how deep is ...

It's a really nonsense post, but I just didn't want to be like filling up a form.

By the way, I'm 21 and my favorite band is Lamb Of God :)
