This is my first post here.
I saw a video bout Steemit and I visited the website and really liked the ethos behind it and how it is regulated by the community.
I think this can help prevent negativity and bullying that can occur on some social media platforms.
I am looking forward to learning more about how Steemit works and to reading content here.

I am 51 years old, live on the Sunny Sunshine Coast in Australia.
I live with Cappi, my younger son, and Jasper Cat.

I have been on a vegan diet since 1986 and on a fruit diet since 1990.
I hope to learn and share on Steemit.

I love all aspects of fruit: growing it, eating it, drawing it, photographing it, and sometimes just gazing at it.
I also enjoy walking, exploring, dancing, running, writing, learning, reading, researching and music of various types.

I believe that health and happiness are fundamental to a good life and diet, mindset, and exercise are all key components of being happy and healthy.
