The Courage To Live

Salma Bashir had an accident when she was only five years old.

Her intestines were sucked out of her body by the strong suction force of the swimming pool’s suction value.

After a surgery, she receives all her nutrients through a TPN tube and she had not eaten food for more than 10 years.

We can see that she is definitely small in size for a teenager but she has stayed strong to carry on living while waiting for a suitable transplant.

Life may not always be fair for everyone but the courage to live on regardless of challenges is inspiring.

She is definitely a inspiration to our students who may face challenges but give up easily.
