Fool Again

Hello streemit, here I come again with what I love to do best. Giving you poets and you learning from it.

The title of this one is Fool Again
It's a Love gone sour story of a Nigerian girl, who despites all warning and defense strategies she was jilted again. She learnt her lesson the hard way and she shares her story with us.

Found her remaining in the rain disarrayed
Drop of clear saline fluid drops from her eyes as she watched him leave via the trail
She couldn't believe she is a fool again
How she wished she had followed her brain

Heart misled her past the point of no return she simply needed to manage the pain.
The choice came so fast, before she was even certian.
The situation could have been helped hadn't being she abstained
But she was so enamored and thought nothing could break their chain

She recollected how amid his reign
He would come with Brandane to give a toast to Loving her till his last drain
She believed his charm and couldn't refrain
So soaked in the charade

Whenever he smiled she is assured; you have all to gain
Not knowing it was all in vain
All washed down the drain
He appealled, I cannot hold back, she has been fooled again
