First Deal Ever for BEER!

This is just a quick one to thank @dkid14 who decided to purchase my immigrants card for the BEER I stated.

I know it could have cost more and I could always treat it as parked aside until I have other needs of it; but since I also am aiming to save up another 24 BEER tokens so that I can treat 2 BEERs a day, this is great progress!

Quite fun when simple trading for practical needs are met! I'd hope I'll get good deals in the future!

Thanks @weddinggift for pushing me to get on my feet in the sand on this game!

When I have no nice fusion food to share, this is a great side content!
