This blockchain download is upated once per day.
Overwrite the files index and blocks in the following directory:
~/steem/programs/steemd/witness_node_data_dir/blockchain/database/block_num_to_block/
Start steemd with option "--replay". Your miner will display "1 hps". Allow your miner a couple minutes to download the rest of the blockchain.
