discentralised autonomous steemit coumunity ( dasc)

 when i say  dasc,   i mean decentralize authonomous steemit cummunity, ,a situation where by every member of the community that participate in crowdfunding the project will have a  proof of stake in the project this fund can be leased to anyone with a good proposal expecially those in the community with good ideas will be priotorized so tha as a community will can have fund to execute good proposals that will benefit the community members ,i was just curious if the founding fathers of steemit  and the community can  put thi up for a debate in the community.
