BTC Transaction volume- New Record High

The USD transaction volume for bitcoin has hit a new daily record of 1.5 billion USD today. The old record transaction volume record of about 1.2 billion USD was set back on August 1 2017. The price on August 1st was only $2,600. This is an important fundamental indicator of health for bitcoin. The USD transaction # has been highly correlated with price during the entire run up in price over the last 7 years. New highs need to be continually set in order to fuel further price increases IMO
