Unas selfies para variar… el día de hoy estaba viendo por mi gran ventana y pensando en las diversas situaciones que nos pueden agobiar y pues la verdad estos días han sido muy agotadores en todos los sentidos, mental y físicamente y estoy segura que no he sido solo yo. Definitivamente todos estamos luchando guerras internas, en algunos momentos más pesadas y otras más livianas.

Muchas veces no basta solo con querer estar bien o sentirnos bien y agradecidos por todo en nuestras vidas. Muchas veces debemos recordar que la fortaleza también está en los días que pensamos en rendirnos y aún así seguimos adelante. 🤍

A few selfies for a change... today I was looking through my big window and thinking about the various situations that can overwhelm us and well, the truth is that these days have been very exhausting in every way, mentally and physically and I'm sure it hasn't been just me. We are definitely all fighting internal wars, sometimes heavier and sometimes lighter.
