A Bit About Talking to Yourself
I recently started a video series called 'A Bit About...'
This is the second episode, and in it, I wanted to address a habit I have (and that I'm sure many of you do too).
I talk to myself. Pretty regularly! And the things I say to myself are at times vulgar, peppered with self-loathing, or just plain bizarre.
Whether it's talking to yourself in the shower, or staying awake up late with your thoughts, I thought some of you might be able to relate to this.
