En algunas asociaciones, al Persa se le conoce como Pelilargo. Origen: Asia Menor. Afectuoso, tranquilo y chato con melodiosa y muy suave voz. Gracioso y merodeador. Imponente cuerpo con una capa llena, ondeante y sedosa, abundante ruff. Colores: básicos con distintivas áreas en blanco. Ojos: cobre brillante.
