Nature always gives us the most beautiful specimens. Here is one from the Amanita genus, one of the most dangerous in the fungal kingdom, of extraordinary beauty as you can see here.

The color is intense and extraordinary yellow with its little hairs around the upper edge. Beautiful, very beautiful like never before. I was able to see it from a kilometer away.

It emerges from an egg embedded in the tree, particularly in the "7 pellejos" tree, which provides it with the necessary substrate for its growth.

On its inner sides you can appreciate its symmetrically designed gills, growing from the center out to the edge.

And its stem, very strong and beautiful, that evokes a very well-structured Smurf house.

This genus, Amanita, is one of the most dangerous because they can kill you in a short time or cause you very severe damage and make life very difficult. So please, let's be very careful with these kinds. They are very lethal and that is where the beauty of their colors lies. Always remember: bright and intense colors are used by Mother Nature as a warning that denotes danger.

This mushroom always appears when there is a lot of humidity and rainfall is intense, and that has happened in our region. There has been excessive rain in the last few days, which is very favorable for the growth of all kinds of mushrooms, including this one.

This beautiful mushroom has a diameter of approximately 10 cm in height and its radius is also even, about 8 cm in diameter on its cap, which makes it very easy to see and locate when you're in the mountains. Although many times, since we are always looking for them, we spot them easily from anywhere. I could tell you that I spotted it from more than 500 meters away because I know what they look like and I know what I'm looking for.

So, my friends who are fungi enthusiasts, this is a great treasure that I bring to you today for your enjoyment and to share with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did when taking these beautiful photos. This is one of the best I have captured so far in my entire career, and here I bring it to you for your pleasure.

Thank you for coming. And remember: do not touch any mushroom if you are not sure it is edible. It is very, very dangerous.
